The Kitchener Soccer Club is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of a minimum of five to a maximum of eight individuals as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Club's By-Laws.
These individuals shall hold the positions of: 

• President
• 1st Vice-President
• 2nd Vice-President
• Secretary
• Treasurer

Directors shall be 18 years of age or older, shall be a Regular Member of the Club.

Directors may not hold any paid staff position of the Club, nor may a Director be an immediate family member of any paid employee of the Club.

Directors shall serve for a term of two years or until his/her successor is elected or appointed.

The positions of President, 1st Vice-President and Secretary, shall be elected by the membership in even numbered years while the positions of 2nd Vice-President and Treasurer shall be elected by the membership in odd numbered years.
