Youth referees cover games primarily in the Kitchener House League divsions of U9 - U16 as well as the Intercity Youth Soccer League Divisions.

As youth referees demonstrate improvement in their skills they are occasionally used for Competitive League games as linesmen/women as well as given the opportunity to work at the two tournaments Kitchener Soccer Club Hosts. 

As a KSC referee there are monthy meetings that consist of:

• Training & Development
• Game Scheduling
• Pay Cheques
• and of course FUN

Many of our referees are also youth soccer players. We are flexible in that we will work around your pratice and game schedules for your other teams.
