The Kitchener Soccer Club will be hosting a C4 Referee Clinic.  The information for the clinic is listed below:

• The clinic will take place on Saturday, April 12 and Sunday April 13, 2008 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
• The clinic will take place at Budd Park.   
• You must be 13 (born in 1995) years of age as of April 1, 2008 to register for the C4 Clinic.
• The cost for each participant is $47.00.  Cheques can be made payable to the Kitchener Soccer Club.
• There will be an on-field session and an administrative session.

Please complete the registration form below and return it and payment during business hours to the Kitchener Soccer Club office.
