Completing Your Pay Sheet!
- Please make sure the top portion of your pay sheet is complete.
- List all the games you officiated by date, the start time, field, division/age group.
- Choose either the Referee (R) or Assistant Referee (A/R) box. (A/R = linesman)
- Using the above table, enter the game fee.
- Total your pay sheet and enter in the amount in the Total Earned box at the bottom of the page.
- Attach all game sheets to your pay sheet. Only games with attached game sheets will be paid for.
- Take a copy of your pay sheet and keep for your files/reference.
INDOOR - REFEREE FEES 2007/08
House League U9/10 $10.00 (2 x 20min)
U11/12 $12.00 (2 x 20min)
U13/14 $14.00 (2 x 20min)
U15/16 $14.00 (2 x 20min)
Time Keeper
House League $7.00
Adult $10.00*
*Time keepers for the adult league will be paid after your shift. See Facility Staff in the Main Office.
REFEREE GENERAL INFORMATION ~ Indoor/Outdoor
1. The Referee Scheduler will appoint all game officials first at each monthly meeting, then by email and, finally, by telephone.
2. Use the Referee Calendar to record all game Appointments.
3. Any accepted games are the referees' responsibility
4. The Referee Scheduler MUST have 48 hours advanced notive from all referees for any changes or cancellations.
5. Payments for games will be paid as per club policy
6. Pay sheets set up by the club, must be handed in no other sheets will be accepted.
7. Game Sheets provided by coaches must be handed in at the office after your shift is done.
8. Arrive 15-10 minutes early for your game to prepare yourself for the game
9. Coaches should hand you their completed game sheets prior to the game and must sign the sheets after the game.
10. It is the responsibility of the referee to ensure the game sheet is filled out properly
