Form Tips
Here are some tips to ensure your application is accepted when you apply for the tournament
- Please fill out the Application form carefully and clearly.
- Please provide an email address for the designated contact person.
- Entry Fee must accompany the Application or you will not be officially registered until payment is received
- Please only send Approved Travel Permits with your application. We have no use for unapproved permits.
