Kitchener Recreational Tournament Registration - REGISTER NOW

Registration Night - Aug 22, 2008
Registration Night takes on the Friday night before the tournament from 5pm - 9pm.  All teams are required to register on this day.

Each team is asked to send one representative to officially register the team. Please remember to bring the following to registration night:

• Completed tournament roster (bring 2 copies) Download in the form centre
• All coaches books and player books
  (If coaches do not have player books - the team needs to provide a roster with all coaches staff that are allowed to be on the bench)
• Approved Travel permit (if you have not submitted one already)
• Bring 5 Copies of your game sheets (Download in the Forms Centre)
