As a means of maintaining a continuous flow of communication, all aspiring House League coaches will receive a status letter in the mail no later than October 1, 2008. This letter will inform the coaches of the status of their coach's application. If you applied to coach and you do not receive a status letter, please contact the office via phone on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 519-896-8947.

Being a Coach is a great way to spend quality time with your child and is also a great way to contribute to your community.
Coaches receive the following for coaching with the Club:
- A free Coaching Clinic is provided for all Coaches

- Volutneer Recognition Night

- A discount off of their child's registration fee
BE A CONVENOR!
Being a Convenor is a great way to help the Club run a successful season. Convenors are the link between the Club and the age divisions and they help relieve some of the communication pressure from the office by providing support to specific divisions. This position is vital to the success of the Club.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating Important dates to Coaches
- Checking in with Coaches
- Assist staff with drafting Soccerfest Schedules
- Supervise Soccerfest
Convenors receive the following for convening with the Club:
- Convenor Training Session
- Convenor T-Shirt
- Volunteer Recognition Night
