To be eligible to coach, you must fill out a Volunteer Application Form at the Club or print one off the website and return it to the office.  You will also have to complete a police records check once every two years. The OSA requires that all volunteers be screened by the police.

Please come to the office for an invoicing form to avoid being charged for the police records check.
