As a means of maintaining a continuous flow between office staff and our volunteers, all aspiring coaches will receive an e-mail from Tammy, our program manager, through the email address This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than April 23rd, 2010, informing thenm of the status of their volunteer application. Following the distribution of e-mails to all of our head coaches, coaches will be advised to contact their assistant coaching colleague(s) by the evening of Monday, April 26th, 2010. Volunteers wishing to convene will also be contacted on, or before Monday, April 26th, 2010.

Saturday, May 8th, 2010 marks the day of our coach's clinic for all volunteers coaching, assistant coaching and convening during the summer season. The clinic for individuals in our toddler & micro programs (under 3 - under 6) will begin at 9:00am; our mini (under 7 - under 10) clinic will begin at 10:00am; and finally the junior (under 11 - under 18) clinic will commence at 11:00am.
